Project Overview

Flexibond Industries Pvt Ltd—established 1996—is a premier manufacturer and exporter of industrial tapes (BOPP, masking, floor-marking, and specialty adhesives). Operating under ISO 9001:2015 standards within a 100,000 sq ft facility, they required an architecture partner who could amplify their brand’s commitment to quality, durability, and eco-responsibility.

Vastu Nirman delivered a purpose-built industrial complex that supports high-precision production, optimizes workflow, and fosters a healthy, inspiring work environment.

Design Concept

We conceived a contemporary industrial language rooted in biophilia and sustainable innovation:

  • Bold red corrugated panels to reinforce brand identity and durability
  • Neutral beige and brown accents for visual balance and professionalism
  • Floor-to-ceiling glass curtain walls that flood interiors with daylight
  • Vertical shading slats and LED edge lighting to sculpt the façade’s silhouette
  • Integrated green elements—rooftop gardens, landscaped buffers, and living walls—to connect people with nature
  • Solar arrays and efficient logistics routes, including curved driveways, to minimize carbon footprint and streamline operations
