Arise icon is a lavish 2 & 3 BHK, 4- storey residential apartment building. It has been designed with special care of space balance and a special focus on the use of floor space without wasting it. Physical space is our next invaluable resource. To make the best use of this space, we need to effectively plan how we can allocate the same. The objective of this project is to achieve both a good flow as well as a good allocation of space. We have worked on structures and external spaces in the landscape aspect of the design. It is designed in such a way that anyone can enjoy it regardless of age or physical ability.

Arise pride is a premium, 3 BHK residential building. Since space is limited in most Indian cities, we have designed the building with a minimalist style and efficient use of space in mind to keep costs low without sacrificing comfort or quality. We have analysed the physical structure of the building to determine where work areas, hallways, and circulation spaces should be located in order to facilitate high productivity. The landscape is considered important as it helps create an entertainment space for children and senior citizens, as well as adds beauty to the environment.
